1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Parvixome ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and collaborators.
2. Description of Service
Parvixome provides collaborative AI-powered learning workspaces ("Rooms"). Users can create rooms, upload resources, invite collaborators, and interact with Parvilia, our AI assistant. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Parvixome. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
You may sign in using Google OAuth. By doing so, you authorise us to access your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) as provided by Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' rooms or data
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Parvixome. By uploading content, you grant Parvixome a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell or transfer your content to third parties.
7. AI-Generated Content
Parvilia generates content based on your inputs and uploaded materials. This AI-generated content (summaries, quizzes, flashcards, etc.) is provided for educational assistance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for verifying important information from authoritative sources.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Subscription and Billing
Parvixome offers free and paid plans. Paid plan details, pricing, and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parvixome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
